Beef with Broccolini. So great, fast, low fat and very allergen free!
The Ingredients.
Slice up the flank steak and broccolini.
Add the flank steak to a large frying pan. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Brown the beef. I like to cook the beef until it really browns and starts to caramelize.
Once browned and cooked through, add the broccolini and beef broth. Place a lid on the pan to steam the broccolini. Steam until the broccolini is tender, approximately 4-7 minutes.
Remove the lid and fry for about two minutes longer.
Serve with rice, quinoa or noodles!

1 lb. Flank Steak
2 Stalks of Broccolini
2 cups Gluten-Free Beef Broth
3 tsp. Coarse Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Slice flank steak into strips and the broccolini into 1-2 inch long pieces.
Cook flank steak in large frying pan over high heat. Add the salt, red pepper and black pepper. Once browned and cooked through, add the beef broth and broccolini. Cover with a lid to steam the broccolini, approximately 4-7 minutes. Once steamed, remove the lid, and fry for two more minutes. Serve with rice, noodles or quinoa.
